We read every invoice against every other invoice, and against your own payment records. Duplicate payments, invoices never collected, gaps in a clean run, and payment instructions pointing somewhere they should not.

The first look is free. It is done by a person, every finding names the invoices behind it, and you are free to disagree with all of it. What you are buying is a number and the decisions that follow from it.

4 Checks, and nothing beyond them
1 Short report, plus one spreadsheet
90 Day plan, with an owner against each line
£0 Moved, and none ever asked for

What you get

Three things, and nothing else.

A short report

Page one carries the number and the decisions. It also carries a section on what the review could not cover, because that section is part of the result.

The invoice register

Every invoice in the batch with its status and any finding against it. Sortable and yours to keep working in. See a sample

A ninety-day plan

What to chase, who owns each line, and what the same leaks would cost over the following twelve months.

Method

Four steps. The first look is free.

  1. 01

    Send us a month

Invoices as PDF, the ledger as XLSX or CSV, and anything you already chase them with. One month is enough to begin.

  2. 02

We read them and send back a page

No charge and no commitment. It says what we found and, just as importantly, what we could not check.

  3. 03

Agree a fixed fee before we start

The fee buys the review and the report. Anything beyond that is scoped separately and quoted afterwards, in writing.

  4. 04

    Report, register, ninety-day plan

What is realistically recoverable, what the same leaks would cost over the next twelve months, and the decisions that follow from each.

The objection

This is where most reviews stop before they start.

Someone hands over their invoices and, reasonably, wonders what the other side gets to see. Bank logins, account credentials, authority over payments.

We have never asked for any of it and never will. Exports are enough. The full list is here

  • No banking login

  • No account access

  • No authority to pay

Send us a month of invoices.

The first look is free and nothing is committed to by either of us. If it is worth continuing, we agree a price before we start.

PDF, XLSX, CSV, TSV and TXT. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.
